1 3 pound roast
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 can of mushroom soup
1/2 to 3/4 cup of water or wine
Mix onion soup, mushroom soup and water or wine; pour over roast in crockpot. Cook on low for at least 8 hours. Serve over noodles or mashed potatoes.
