Sweet and Tangy Pork
3 large pork steaks
salt and pepper
2 medium onions, chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 green pepper, sliced
2 14 1/2 ounce cans stewed tomatoes
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 can corn, drained
1 cup instant rice
Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper. Place in crockpot. Add the onions, celery, green pepper and tomatoes. Combine ketchup, vinegar, sugar, Worcestershire, lemon juice and bouillon. Pour over all. Cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours. Add corn and rice. Cook 1 more hour.
