Sweet and Sour Chicken II

8 boneless, skinless, chicken breast halves
2 18 ounce bottles BBQ sauce
1 20 ounce can pineapple chunks, undrained
1 green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
cooked rice or Chinese noodles

Place 4 chicken breasts in the slow cooker. Combine the sauce, pineapple and vegetables. Pour half the sauce over the chicken, place in the other four breasts and pour the remaining sauce over them. Cover and cook on low for about 8 to 9 hours. Serve over the cooked, hot rice or you can look for Chinese noodles in the produce section by the bean sprouts and cook according to directions.
