Sugared Walnuts

1 pound walnut pieces
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves

In 3 1/2 quart slow cooker, stir walnuts and butter until combined. Add powdered sugar, stirring to coat evenly. Cover and slow cook on high 15 minutes. Reduce heat to low; slow cook, uncovered, stirring occasionally, until nuts are coated with crisp glaze, about 2 hours. Transfer to serving bowl. In small bowl, combine spices and sift them over nuts, stirring to coat evenly. Cool completely before serving.
