1 1/2 pound tenderized round steak, trimmed
1 can tomatoes and peppers
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 cup brown gravy
1 1/2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning mix
Trim fat from meat and cut into serving size pieces. Cook gravy mix according to package directions until thick. Combine tomatoes, soup mix, and Cajun seasoning in a blender. Put all ingredients into crockpot and cook on high for four hours. Serve gravy over meat and/or creamed potatoes.
