Spanish Rice 2
1 1/2 pounds ground beef; browned and drained
1 medium onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 14 1/2 ounce can tomatoes
1 16 ounce can tomato sauce
3/4 cup water
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup rice, converted; raw
Stir all ingredients together. Cover and cook on low 7 to 9 hours.
