Pork Steak Casserole
1 1/2 pound pork steak cut into strips
2 tablespoons oil
1 large onion, chopped
1 small green pepper, chopped
14 ounces can mushrooms, drained
8 ounces can tomato sauce
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Brown pork in oil in skillet. To remove excess fat drain on paper towels. Place pork strips and all remaining ingredients in crockpot for 6 to 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high. Serve over noodles or rice.
