Mushroom Smothered Steak
1 large onion, thinly sliced
3 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 1/2 pounds round steak, cut into 2 inch squares
4 ounce can mushrooms, stems and pieces, drained
10 3/4 ounce can cream of mushroom soup
Place sliced onion in bottom of crockpot. Mix the flour and seasonings in a small bowl. Dredge steak pieces in the mixture and place on top of onions. Spoon soup and mushrooms over steak. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
