Meatball and Potato Stew
40 frozen meatballs
6 potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 bag baby carrots
2 stalks celery, chopped
3 cans ready to serve chicken broth
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
pepper to taste
1 13 ounce can evaporated milk
Put all ingredients except evaporated milk in a 3 to 4 quart crockpot, except milk. Cover and cook on low 10 to 12 hours. Stir in evaporated milk during last hour and cook until thoroughly heated. 4 to 6 servings.
