Italian Beef Sandwiches
1 2 pound top or bottom round cut of beef
1 16 ounce bottle of hot giardiniera
Put the beef in the crockpot and pour the giardiniera over the top. Cook at low heat for 6 to 8 hours then slice thin and serve with it's juice on Italian bread or rolls. Top it with sauteed red and/or green peppers and a little mozzarella or provolone.
