Italian Beans
2 pounds cut Italian beans
1 8 ounces can tomato sauce or puree
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1/4 cup minced onion
1 clove garlic minced
fresh ground pepper to taste
1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese
Combine all ingredients in crockpot except cheese. Cook on high for about 2 hours or until beans are tender. Sprinkle with shredded cheese before serving.
