Hamburger and Cabbage Casserole
2 pounds ground beef
1 head of cabbage
1 stick margarine
2 cups cheddar cheese
16 ounces French onion dip
salt and pepper
Brown meat; drain. Chop cabbage into large sections and lay on top of meat in skillet. Add margarine. Cover; steam until cabbage is tender. In a crockpot make layers of hamburger, cabbage, cheese and dip. Cook in crockpot for 2 to 4 hours on low.
