Country Roast and Vegetables
1 roast, thawed
4 to 5 potatoes, peeled and sliced
4 to 5 carrots
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can green beans
1 onion, sliced
1 cup water
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoons margarine
1/4 cup flour
Place roast in crockpot. Add peeled carrots, onion and margarine. Add water and flour to make gravy. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook on high 5 to 6 hours. Add corn and green beans about one hour before roast is done.
