Cheesy Spinach
2 10 ounce packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
2 cups small curd cottage cheese
1.5 cups cubed process American cheese
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 cup butter or margarine, cubed
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Pour into a greased slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour. Reduce heat to low, cook 4 to 5 hours longer or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
