Bean and Cheese Dip
1 15 ounce can refried beans
1 cup hot sauce
1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup light or regular sour cream
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
Combine all the items in a crockpot til mixed. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours until heated thourough, stirring occasionally. Serve with chips and salsa.
NOTES: Black Refried beans are a nice change of pace. Also green salsa or hot sauce works great as well.
