Ground Beef with Hoisin and Ginger

2 tablespoon orange juice
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 pound lean ground beef
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoon ginger, minced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon orange rind, grated
1 bunch green onions, chopped
rice or couscous, cooked

Combine orange juice and cornstarch in small bowl and set aside. Saute meat in large skillet over medium high heat until cooked through; break up with a fork. Drain off excess juice and fat, and set aside. Add sesame oil to skillet and stir fry ginger, garlic and orange peel briefly. Add green onions and stir fry 1 minute. Return meat to skillet and add hoisin; stir until blended. Add orange juice mixture and stir until thickened, about 1 minute. Spoon onto rice or couscous; this can be flavored with chicken stock while cooking.Serve immediately.
