Sesame Pear Chicken
2 whole chicken breasts, boned, skinned
2 to 3 green onions, chopped into 1 inch pieces
2 fresh pears, skinned, cut into 1 inch pieces
1/2 pound mung bean sprouts, washed, dried
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
light sesame oil
Slice the chicken, lengthwise into strips. Saute chicken in sesame oil till almost done. Add chopped green onions. Saute a bit more then add sprouts and sesame seeds. Add about 1 tablespoon soy sauce and pears. Cook till pears are warmed through and serve over rice.
