Tiramisu Cheesecake
2 8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
2 tablespoons brandy
12 ladyfingers, split
1/2 cup strong black coffee
1 cup thawed whipped topping
1 square BAKER'S Semisweet Chocolate, shaved
Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs; Mix until blended. Stir in brandy. Arrange ladyfingers on bottom and sides of 9 inch pie plate; drizzle with coffee. Pour cream cheese mixture into prepared pie plate. Bake at 350F for 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Top with whipped topping and shaved chocolate just before serving. Garnish, if desired. Makes 8 servings.
