Smores Cheesecake
1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup margarine, melted
1/4 cup sugar
12 ounce container soft cream cheese
5 1.45 ounce milk chocolate candy bars, melted
1 1.45 ounce milk chocolate candy bar, finely chopped
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 cup Cool Whip, thawed
Stir together crumbs, margarine and sugar in small bowl; press onto bottom and 1 inch up sides of 9 inch springform pan. Chill. Stir together cream cheese and melted chocolate in a small bowl until well blended; pour into crust. Sprinkle with chopped chocolate. Fold marshmallows into whipped topping; spread over cheesecake. Chill. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
