Swiss Bliss
1/2 ounce butter
2 pounds steak, cut into bite sized pieces
1 single green bell pepper, cut into bite sized pieces
1 16 ounce can tomatoes
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 package Lipton Onion Soup
1 tablespoon cornflour
chopped parsley
Place serving size meat in a casserole dish, which has been greased with the butter. Combine all other ingredients, pour over the meat, cover and cook in a moderate oven around 360F or 180C for around 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
