Savory Spinach Casserole
1 8 ounce package cream cheese
1/4 cup milk
2 10 ounce packages frozen, chopped spinach, cooked, drained
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Heat oven to 350F. Combine softened cream cheese and milk; mix well. Place spinach in 1 quart casserole; top with cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
