Baked Sauerkraut
1 pint sauerkraut
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup sorghum molasses
Mix all in quart casserole dish. Add enough water to avoid baking dry. Start with 1/4 cup. Bake 1 hour in a 350F oven. The molasses in this dish sweetens admirably and makes a good side dish for almost anything.
