1 pound hot sausage
2 cups grated sharp Cheddar cheese
3 cups Bisquick mix
Sausage should be at room temperature. Mix all ingredients with hands. Shape into 1 inch balls. Bake on cookie sheet at 375F, approximately 20 minutes. After first 10 minutes, turn, and continue cooking until done.
