Ground Beef Quiche
3/4 pound hamburger meat
5 eggs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
1 9 inch pie crust
1/2 cup milk
1 cup Swiss cheese
1 cup cheddar cheese
garlic salt
Brown hamburger with a little garlic salt and set aside. Put pie crust into quiche pan. In bowl beat 5 eggs. Add salt and pepper, cooked hamburger 1/2 cup mayo and 1/2 cup milk. Beat well by hand. Fold in Swiss and cheddar Cheese and pour into pie crust. Bake 35 minutes at 350F.
