Moroccan Beef
4 1 inch strip loin steaks
salt and pepper
Marinade:
1 large Spanish onion, grated
1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 teaspoon ground cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
salt and pepper
Trim excess fat off meat and place meat in a deep dish. Combine marinade ingredients. Spread marinade thickly over both sides of meat and let side 2 to 3 hours. Grill to desired doneness. Season to taste.
