Seafood Tartlets

1 loaf sliced sandwich bread
6 tablespoons butter, melted

Preheat oven to 400F. Remove crusts from the bread, with a rolling pin, flatten 2 inch rounds from each bread slice. Brush both sides of each round with butter. Press into 1/2 inch miniature muffin cups. Bake 10 minutes or until golden . Cool on rack.

Seafood filling:
1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup grated gruyere cheese
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 drops tabasco
1 tablespoon white wine
2 ounces cooked small baby shrimp
2 ounces cooked crab meat

In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except seafood. Mix until blended. Carefully stir in seafood. Fill each tart shell with filling. Place under broiler until golden and bubbly. Remove from pans. Serve immediately.
