Deviled Eggs
6 hard cooked eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
2 tablespoons chopped pickle or relish
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
dash of tabasco or hot pepper sauce
Cut peeled, hard cooked eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and mash with fork. Combine remaining ingredients with yolks and blend well. Refill egg whites with yolk mixture. Makes 12 deviled eggs.
