Cocktail Meatballs
2 pounds ground chuck
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 large onion, minced fine
salt, to taste
1 12 ounce bottle chili sauce
1 10 ounce jar grape jelly
juice of 1 lemon
Mix first 4 ingredients and roll into balls about the size of walnuts. Brown in a pan until done. Pour sauce ingredients over meatballs. Simmer until heated through. Serve hot with toothpicks and crusty bread.
