Cheese and Ham Puffs

1 10 count can refrigerator biscuits
3 ounces Smithfield ham spread or deviled ham
20 small cubes of Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 375F. Split each biscuit in half, horizontally. Make an indentation in each half and in it place a demitasse spoonful of ham spread and a cube of cheese. Bring dough up and around to enclose filling completely. Bake in preheated oven until lightly browned. Serve hot. These can be made up ahead and held covered, so they don't dry out, in the refrigerator and then baked as needed.
